This past March 14th I was injured in a work related car accident. I was working for KLS, returning from a run to the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pennsylvania_Station_(Newark)">Penn Station</a> in Newark. The steering went out, and I crashed into the retaining wall that divides the North/South lanes at least twice, the drivers side airbag deploying. The injuries suffered seem to be many and varied...disc issues in my spine, sciatica nerve issues, inflamed tendon and partial tear of my right <a href="http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/rotator-cuff-injury/diagnosis-treatment/treatment/txc-20128411">Rotator Cuff</a>. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<span style="background-color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: start;"><i><span style="color: #ffd966;">Physical therapy exercises can help restore flexibility and strength to your shoulder after a rotator cuff injury. Sometimes it is possible to eliminate pain and restore function without surgery...this physical therapy has yet to be approved!</span></i></span></blockquote>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Through my attorney, was informed that <a href="https://www.auw.com/">Applied Underwriters</a> (Letterhead also associates them with <a href="http://www.insurancejournal.com/news/national/2016/10/03/428268.htm">Applied Risk Services of New York</a>, Inc/<a href="http://www.dfr.vermont.gov/reg-bul-ord/continental-indemnity-company-applied-underwriters-inc-applied-risk-services-inc-and">Continental Indemnity Company</a>-PO Box 3804, Omaha Ne. 68103) would be handling my cases, making approval decisions on various and assorted medical requests made by my medical team. I am just a lay person here, but it seems to me in my opinion that this company and some of their denials of medical treatment are at best egregious negligence that is being detrimental to my health, and speedy recovery from my accident.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Currently, my doctors are trying to get approval for a <a href="http://www.spine-health.com/treatment/injections/lumbar-epidural-steroid-injections-low-back-pain-and-sciatica">Cortisone shot into my back</a>, physical therapy for my back/sciatica nerve issues suffered from the accident, and physical therapy for my right should/rotator cuff issues. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<span style="font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: -0.32px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: #f1c232;">Epidural steroid injections (ESIs) are a common treatment option for many forms of low back pain and leg pain. They have been used for low back problems since 1952 and are still an integral part of the non-surgical management of sciatica and low back pain. YET...Applied Underwriters are denying this medically requested treatment in my case.</span></span></blockquote>
The original requests for these treatments go back to June of this calendar year (2016). Rather than approve these requests, Applied Underwriters back in June decided I should not have the requested treatments...in fact, the doctor doing the IME (Independent Medical Examination) <b>recommended</b> that I should do the rotator cuff physical therapy, then have a new MRI to ascertain where we stood in the healing/recovery process. Despite this finding by their own chosen medical profession, the requested treatments were denied on more than one occasion, some of denials on technical issues (wrong FAX number) that could have easily been resolved via a phone call to my medical team...New York Law on Worker's Compensation encourages Claims Adjusters and Doctors to work together to resolve issues.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When it was decided by Workers Compensation Board that the paperwork was submitted incorrectly, my team of doctors submitted new requests for the shot, and physical therapy. Instead of approving the requests, Applied Underwriters decided they wanted a new IME which took place in early November of this year. THEIR DOCTOR (emphasis added) said the requested medical treatments were necessary. Ignoring their own IME report, the claims adjuster has now again denied me necessary medical treatments.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
All these wantonly negligent delays in my opinion have caused my medical issues to worsen, rather than improve. As example, the doctor dealing with my rotator cuff issues has told me that the lack of physical therapy is now causing my shoulder to lock up...I believe the medical term is <a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/frozen_shoulder/article.htm">Frozen Shoulder</a>. This could have been avoided, in my opinion if my physical therapy had been approved clear back in June of this year by Applied Underwriters. Now I am being told I may have to face surgery. This chance of surgery is squarely on the shoulders, in my opinion, of Applied Underwriters, their delays, denials especially unwarranted when their own chosen medical specialists say the medical treatments requested are recommended. The company's refusal of requested treatments is in my opinion MALPRACTICE.<br />
<br />
Sadly, even though I have a competent attorney, seems my only choice is to accept these games being played with my health and well being. Meanwhile, I live in daily pain, and that constant in my life now does have a detrimental effect on my emotional well being, and our elected officials need to write laws that would hold companies like Applied Underwriters legally libel if it is deemed their denial of medical requests negatively affects a claimants physical/emotional health. <br />
<br />
If you have suffered through your own bad experiences with Workers Compensation case handled by this company, would love to hear about it in the comments section as I am considering litigation against the company. Unnecessary pain CHANGES A PERSON!</div>

Most of us cannot and will not ever see you as President, do not respect
you, or your agenda that has painted a target onto the backs of almost every
person in what, till you took office was a great nation. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">

We do not fear you as a person, but <a href="http://stream.aljazeera.com/story/201611231642-0025325">fear what you are going to do while in office</a>, and that has us loathing you and your
administration with every fiber of our beings. Let’s go over some of the issues we have with you and your agenda for
America.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
79 Million Americans have paid
into <a href="http://www.newsweek.com/medicare-and-social-security-be-unfair-boomers-68865">Medicare and Social Security</a> our entire working lives, counted on and
factored these social programs into our retirement plans, benefits we bought
and paid for, and hearing that you are now willing to break your “<a href="http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/7/24/1550423/-GOP-platform-breaks-Trump-s-no-cuts-promise-on-Social-Security-and-Medicare">Campaign Promise</a>” to preserve these programs, are willing to give the GOP controlled
congress free rein to eliminate them is simply unacceptable. We are
not asking for a handout, but demanding that we receive benefits that we have
already paid for during our entire working careers. Taking those benefits away, or reducing them
is equivalent to robbery, and we are not going to allow you and a Republican
Congress to steal from us what we have already paid for…just because you got
away with fraud with your <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/19/us/politics/trump-university.html">Trump University</a>, does not mean you get to screw
millions of Americans in the same fashion.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
For most senior citizens, cutting
back or eliminating these important <a href="http://crooksandliars.com/2016/12/congress-plans-total-destruction-social">Social Programs</a> will leave us broke, destitute
and living shorter lives than God above intended us too. For these reasons, we will fight you at
every step of the journey as you attempt to roll back benefits we have already earned. Furthermore,
any attempt at reducing or eliminating these benefits will cost the
Republicans dearly in the 2018 midterm election, and see you (<a href="http://www.vanityfair.com/news/2016/12/donald-trump-conflicts-of-interest-impeach">if you have not been impeached</a>) going down to the greatest defeat a sitting president has ever
suffered should you decide to run for re-election in 2020. This is not a threat sir, but a promise…we
can speak our peace during elections with our votes, and we learned in this
past election how easily a vile monster like you can take power if we <a href="http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/6/9/1536535/-There-Is-No-Political-Power-in-Not-Voting">take our vote for granted by staying home</a>. NEVER AGAIN.<o:p></o:p></div>

Your attitudes and plans for both

illegal. Your campaign of instilling
fear in us as Americans is deplorable, and if you think you can force your
edicts on us because we think you will keep us safe, think again. You
live in New York (sadly), have the ability to look out into the harbor and see
the “<a href="https://www.nps.gov/stli/index.htm">Statue of Liberty</a>” standing proudly, a symbol to the World that America’s
arms are open to its huddled masses. Yet, other than your back door that opens into
the employee’s entrance at <a href="http://thehill.com/homenews/news/309053-trump-will-again-hire-foreign-workers-to-staff-private-resort-in-florida">Maralogo</a>, you want to shut that door in your wrong

Those in the <a href="http://www.hrc.org/2016RepublicanFacts/donald-trump-opposes-nationwide-marriage-equality">LGBT community</a> whom
most Americans both love and respect are under attack more than ever before,
and that reality lies at your feet Mr. Trump.
You have stoked the flames of racism and bigotry in this country, and
that action has made both POC and the LGBT targets of the Alt. Right, which is
nothing more than a politically correct way of saying Neo-Nazi Nationalist bent
on belittling and/or destroying anyone unlike them…which means anyone
non-white, anyone who does not fit into their rigid misguided views of
morality. In short, well over half of
the citizens of these United States fail the Republican purity test, and so are
now targets of their hatred and <b>you have
empowered them</b>. We the people
believe in marriage equality believe in a workplace devoid of discrimination,
and a nation that bestows “Equal Rights” upon all citizens regardless of their
Race, Creed, Religion, Sex or Sexual Orientation.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
In so many ways, you have spoken
out against minimum wage; have suggested at times you feel it is too high. You and others living in Ivory Towers seem
to think there is nothing wrong with paying people a starvation wage, keeping
them in what amounts to a situation of life long servitude to the rich and elite. Rich people may create jobs, but it is those
toiling day in and day out at subsistence wage jobs that create the product and
services that create the wealth enjoyed by the few. That is morally and ethically wrong, and it
is time for a living wage. Ten dollars an hour with a large number of
exclusions for certain jobs is not a living wage. $15 dollars an hour is barely a minimum wage,
so let us start there, and make it universal with no exceptions in certain
industry such as restaurants. If a
company such as Waffle House cannot survive while paying a fair wage, let them
close their doors. Slavery supposedly
ended over 150 years ago, starvation wages is the modern day equivalent that
must end, indentured servitude being tossed into the dumpster of bad ideas we
as a nation find morally repugnant and reject as unacceptable.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
Global Climate Change is real…we
do not need less environmental protection, but more of it. We do not desire to go back to a time where
Sarah Palin’s chant of “Drill Baby Drill” is the law of the land, a time where
Big Oil can run rough shod over economically depressed communities in their
quest to suck every last ounce of fossil fuels out of the ground to benefit
only their corporate bottom lines. Your
cabinet picks instead of protecting the environment, and slowing Global Warming
will accelerate it, and put our planet in grave peril. That cannot and must not happen, and again we
will fight your wrong sited ideas and plan for America.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
If you and the Republicans want
to fix what is wrong with Obama Care, we have some very workable
solutions. If instead it is your
intention to take Health Care away from 22-30 Million Americans we oppose the
plan, and all those including you who will attempt it. Have you considered what your Presidency will
be like if Republicans lose both the House and Senate in 2018? You will be a neutered fool, president in
title only, all but powerless for the last half or your Presidency.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
We the people oppose massive tax
cuts for corporations and the uber rich…instead, how about raising their
taxes. Take that money and do three
things with it. One third can go to
rebuilding our military, and properly taking care of our Veterans. Another third can go to paying down the debt
which is out of control. Let the last
third be used for social safety net programs such as Social Security, paying back
the money which was stolen from it, used to strengthen Medicare/Medicaid, and
putting more people in a position of having coverage.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
Perhaps you can find the time to
read Upton Sinclair’s “The Jungle” and learn from that reading. You and your policies want to take America
backwards, rather than forward, and “We the People” must oppose your efforts at
every step. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
It would be nice if you
changed, and became the people’s president, but that is not going to happen as
you are far to vain and self-centered to truly care for America and its people. So, on this your day of Inauguration, we the
undersigned citizens of this great nation are informing you that you are NOT
OUR PRESIDENT, and probably never will be.
Respect is not demanded, but instead is earned, a lesson you should have
learned long ago. We will not stand with
you, will not stand behind you, but instead will be the resistance that works
to stop you are every turn.<o:p></o:p></div>

Actually, it is far worse than a bad idea, it is asking for a Double Whammy disaster of Biblical Proportions, that will cost hundreds of thousands, even millions of injured or dead people, and create damages running into the hundreds of Billions of dollars...even scarier, because Federal Law exempts Nuclear Power Plants from carrying <a href="https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/fact-sheets/nuclear-insurance.pdf">adequate accident insurance</a>, while at the same time denying citizens having nuclear accident insurance which would mean hundreds of thousands of people could lose their most valuable asset, their homes with no legal recourse.<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<i>The Price-Anderson Act became law on September 2, 1957, to cover liability claims of members
of the public for personal injury and property damage caused by a nuclear accident involving a
commercial nuclear power plant. The legislation helped encourage private investment in commercial
nuclear power by placing a cap, or ceiling, on the total amount of liability each nuclear power plant
licensee faced in the event of an accident. Over time, the “limit of liability” for a nuclear accident has
increased the insurance pool to more than $12 billion. NOTE-</i><span style="color: #111111; font-family: "georgia"; text-align: start;">The estimated cost of cleaning up Japan’s wrecked Fukushima nuclear plant has doubled to nearly 22 trillion yen ($190 billion).</span></blockquote>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
What was <a href="https://www.ferc.gov/CalendarFiles/20160331121356-RP16-618-000.pdf">FERC</a> thinking when they approved the ill-conceived routing for this pipeline extension and why are they allowing the project to go forward after the company's dismal failure in trying to install one of the key sections of pipeline that is less than a football field away from Indian Point ?Why hasn't both the NRC and FERC called for a halt to construction while a new EIS/Impact Study is done...their attempts to bury the pipeline under the river, laid upon the rivers bottom failed, the pipe sinking, Spectra has now decided they want to do a patch, tying a new high pressure line into an old low pressure line as a fix, falsely telling the community this is a perfect solution which presents no additional danger to the community and its citizens. We all know that is a lie.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This same message has been used in the Dakota's for another ill conceived high pressure pipeline known as <a href="https://www.facebook.com/StopDAPL/">DAPL</a>. Let's examine a few things.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
1. FERC, the Army Corp of Engineers and the US EPA <a href="http://www.pri.org/stories/2016-12-01/bismarck-residents-got-dakota-access-pipeline-moved-without-fight">rerouted the DAPL route</a> when it was decided that the pipeline would/could present a significant risk to the potable drinking water supplies of the community close to the state capital (predominately white). The new route proposed and accepted saw the new route running through a similarly situated area inhabited by poor people and Indians...if the <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/11/23/us/dakota-access-pipeline-protest-map.html">project presents a risk to one community's drinking water</a>, how can it not present a risk to another community's drinking water and why is it ok to make one community live with a risk that was deemed to significant for another. (<i><a href="http://www.ejnet.org/ej/">Environmental Racism</a> rears its ugly head.</i>)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
2. Citizens being asked to play host to the DAPL project, much like the citizens here in my community have been told the project is safe, that the pipeline will not leak, and if it does leak, the safety equipment and sensors would keep a leak to a minimum. Despite these assurances, this month saw a <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2016/12/13/pipeline-150-miles-from-dakota-access-protests-leaks-176000-gallons-of-oil/?utm_term=.6140f5ac0a62">176,000 gallon leak sprung up on the DAPL</a>...even more disturbing, the company's sensor that was supposed to notify them of a problem or leak failed. If it were not for a property owner who was out for a walk noticing the leak, the situation would have been far worse. Meanwhile, the clean up of the now polluted stream has begun.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In February of 2016 Indian Point had a serious <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/roger-witherspoon/indian-point-contaminates_b_9224302.html">leak of radioactive water into the Hudson River</a>, just one example of the problems with this dilapidated aged reactor long past its safe operational lifetime, an it is now not a question of if, but when the reactors suffer a cataclysmic accident that will threaten millions of people downwind of the reactors. Placing <a href="https://www.facebook.com/resistaim/posts/1258747850808963">Spectra Energy's</a> high pressure toxic fracked gas pipeline within 200 feet of reactors greatly increases the risk of a significant accident at the site which is why the Spectra project must be stopped.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background-color: black; color: #f1c232;">First, having a high pressure pipeline so close to the
failing Indian Point Reactor owned by Entergy presents a very attractive target
for terrorists...two significant energy projects 24 miles from Manhattan is a
target that those bent on intent of attacking America and our infrastructure
are more than likely going to go after.
Yet, these terrorist/malcontent threats have not been evaluated by FERC
or the NRC. </span></div>

<span style="background-color: black; color: #f1c232;">Secondly, what would the effects be if through attack, or
pipeline failure there was an explosion in the pipeline similar to the one that
occurred in Helena Alabama in November of 2016?
The Hudson River burning, hundreds of thousands if not millions of
gallons of fracked gas rushing downstream, polluting the river, and killing
wildlife along the way. </span></div>
</blockquote>
</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background-color: black; color: #f1c232;">Further, would the debris from such an explosion create
serious issues involving Indian Point's water intake system, and if so, how
does Entergy plan to cool the reactors if they have to shut down their access
to the Billions of Gallons of water they need each day to keep the reactors
from melting down? </span></div>
</blockquote>
</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">

<span style="background-color: black; color: #f1c232;">Lastly, what effect on the interior of the reactors would
occur if debris from the pipeline, fracked gas from the pipeline were being
sucked in from the water intake? Would the reactors be damaged, could these
pollutants and debris change the interior atmosphere of the reactors enough to
cause an explosion of the reactors, creating and instantaneous Fukishima on the
Hudson which would then put over 25 percent of America's population in harms
way?</span><o:p></o:p></div>

Before you make that accusation, let's look at what a 20 inch high pressure gas line explosion looks like. Keep in mind, the Spectra Algonquin Pipeline is TWICE this size in diameter.</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="424" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/NmUifbk46xM" width="650"></iframe>
Ask the NRC if our <a href="http://www.ecowatch.com/indian-point-fire-raises-huge-concerns-over-siting-of-spectra-pipeline-1882042943.html">Emergency Responders</a> are prepared to handle and explosion of this magnitude with the flames melting the steel roofs of Indian Point's non-hardened spent fuel pools. If those roofs collapse into pools, causing the <a href="http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2016/05/spent-fuel-fire-us-soil-could-dwarf-impact-fukushima">spent fuel rods</a> to become unstable, what kind of a nuclear chain reaction would occur? Further, new pipelines are actually FAILING at a rate three times greater than their older predecessors installed in the 1950's. Much like Indian Point, it is not a question of if, but when this Pipeline has a significant life threatening accident. If that accident occurs in close proximity to Indian Point the probability of a <a href="http://www.riverkeeper.org/campaigns/stop-polluters/indian-point/fukushima-on-the-hudson-dont-let-it-happen-here/">Fukushima-on-the-Hudson</a> that would make NY City uninhabitable millennia is almost a certainty. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Spectra's Safety record at best is checkered, and they are not immune to explosions in the 22,000 miles of pipeline they operate across America and Canada.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: #ffd966;"><strong style="font-style: inherit;">A <a href="http://www.floridabulldog.org/2015/08/pipeline-company-with-tie-to-gov-scott-and-state-backing-has-history-of-accidents/">DRAMATIC RUPTURE</a></strong>Spectra’s most recent pipeline accident was the dramatic rupture of an auxiliary pipe along its Texas Eastern Pipeline in Little Rock, Ark. on May 31. The buried line, which crossed the Arkansas River near the Clinton Presidential Center, was not in use at the time, but contained four million cubic feet of natural gas that exploded with such force that churning water boiled up high into the air across the span of the river. Eyewitness Tony Cassady, who lives nearby, said the gushing waters had settled back somewhat by the time he managed to snap the photo above.</span></blockquote>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is time to just say no, and put and end to this doomed to disaster project...if Spectra Energy wants to petition FERC for a new alternative route, let Spectra do so, but allowing the Spectra project to continue on its current route that brings it within 200 feet of Indian Point must be stopped.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>A closing question...if FERC feels it imperative for pipelines to be at least 500 feet from homes, why is it OK to have such a dangerous project less than 200 feet from a Nuclear Reactor? </i></div>

Dear Donald J Trump:<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Today it became official, you are the <a href="http://www.npr.org/2016/12/19/506188169/donald-trump-poised-to-secure-electoral-college-win-with-few-surprises">President of America</a>. However, we at this moment in history are not the United States of America, and you are not the President of the people. Most of us<a href="https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/nov/10/donald-trump-voters-liberal-order"> hate you</a>, despise you, don't trust you, or are just flat out scared to death of what your Presidency is going to do to the people you are supposed to serve. The very concept of you serving anyone or anything other than <a href="http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2016/10/24/documenting-trumps-abuse-of-women">Donald J Trump</a> and his interests would be laughable if it were not so scarily laughable. You have spent your entire life thinking everything is all about the Donald, and you have spent your entire life stooping to any level in your quest to feed your own ego.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Your zealots <span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: left;">masquerading</span> as pundits on various and assorted manipulated news channels tell us we must accept your presidency, must get over our anger and unite behind you and your agenda for America...that is <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/17/opinion/a-12-step-program-for-responding-to-president-elect-trump.html">not going to happen</a>. Most civilized human beings here and around the world find everything about you repugnant, find that your views on the most important issues of our time run contrary to our beliefs. You are perceived to be the Modern Day <a href="http://www.newsweek.com/just-how-similar-donald-trump-adolf-hitler-501252">reincarnation of Adolph Hitler</a>, your cabinet choices a rebirth of the Third Reich on steroids. Under your leadership, World War III is no longer something we guard against, but a likely probability. You in your four years will more than likely <a href="https://www.democracynow.org/2016/10/14/is_trumps_rise_a_result_of">lead America into War</a>, destroy our standing in the world for decades to come, and possible set Global Climate Change on a course that will lead to Earth becoming just another dead planet flying through the cosmos devoid of all life.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell have pledged to work with you in a <a href="http://www.alternet.org/tea-party-and-right/why-baby-boomer-bashing-all-rage-republicans-these-days">war on 79 Million Baby Boomers</a>, Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security on the proverbial chopping block to pay for more tax cuts for the Uber Rich under the guise that they will create more good paying jobs. First, Reaganomics and <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2016/11/11/can-trump-make-trickle-down-economics-work/93586144/">Trickle Down Economics</a> did not and will not work. The rich got a lot richer, while the average working stiff has been treading water now for almost 40 years, at best their wages stagnant as we struggle to keep our heads above water. Additionally, we the working people have paid into the program our entire lives, we <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/nancy-altman/trump-and-ryan-agree-lets_b_9992656.html">PAID THE PREMIUMS</a> for both these safety nets meant to take care of us in our Golden Years...now, you are willing to break your campaign promises and allow Paul Ryan to steal those benefits away from us?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You seem to be at war with every person in the 99 percent, including those whom you catered favor with during your run for President, feeding them your pablum out on the Campaign Trail in an Act that would put PT Barnum to shame...they believed you, and now with that smirk on your face, you are (with your decisions) laughing in their faces, thinking to yourself, "<a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/ruiz-trump-hypocritical-attitude-poor-offensivs-article-1.2436102">you stupid shills</a> don't even realize what I am about to do to all of you, you are nothing to me but sheep to the slaughter who have unwittingly followed the siren song into troubled waters that will see most of you drown under the Tyranny of my reign. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You don't love America, never have...Donald is incapable of loving anyone or anything other than himself, and the majority of us who voted this saw through your thin veil of supposed Patriotism which is why you lost the Popular Vote by almost 3 million people. The margin of Hillary Clinton's win would have been far great if not for voter suppression, and the interference of Russia, both couple with your treason to this nation. Yes, I am saying it...you are <a href="https://www.rawstory.com/2016/12/there-are-four-ways-donald-trump-may-be-guilty-of-treason-says-law-expert/">guilty of treason</a>, and I shall go to my grave praying each and every day that you are brought to trial on this charge, found guilty and given the maximum penalty under the law, a sentence of death.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Immigration Reform should not include <a href="http://www.cbsnews.com/news/president-elect-trump-says-how-many-immigrants-hell-deport/">deporting 12 million people</a>, some of whom (<a href="http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/09/06/dreamers-plan-next-move-if-trump-becomes-president-and-lose-deportation.html">DREAMERS</a>) know no other country than America. Fines, penalties and other such reprisals for breaking our laws are reasonable, but the tearing apart of families, the ruthless gathering up of human beings like they are cattle for deportation...that is not America, does not represent our values. Build your wall, and "We The People" will tear it down. Start gathering up undocumented immigrants, and we will form a new Underground Railroad to spirit these humans to a Safe Haven, hide them from our brutal regime. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you and the putrid far right evangelicals think we as a nation are going backwards when it comes to <a href="http://www.salon.com/2016/11/19/the-lgbt-rights-backlash-under-trump-has-already-begun-new-laws-in-texas-are-a-shocking-harbinger-of-things-to-come/">LGBT Rights</a> and <a href="http://www.hrc.org/2016RepublicanFacts/donald-trump-opposes-nationwide-marriage-equality">marriage equality</a>, guess again. Watch how fast America will go from being the loyal opposition, the resistance willing to stand up against your despot ways to a full fledged rebellion with millions upon millions taking to the streets in open hostile resistance to what would be an open attempt at Genocide of those's who's lifestyles, love choices and sexual identity run contrary to your perceived moral authority and superiority. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On this and so many other issues of importance as relates to human dignity "We the People" have come to far, made to much forward progress to let you or anyone else push us backwards. We will stand strong, and if necessary will move from resistance to full out opposition of those wishing to oppress us. You have gathered together the most Anti-LGBT cabinet possible, your intentions clear in your selections, and we are donning our armor, are prepared to push back on this and so many other issues. Arrest as subversives, and it will be a badge of honor we will wear proudly.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Women for decades have shouted from the rooftops "Keep your hands and your laws off our bodies". Now they are looking at a man who pretends to be President who shouts from the rooftops, "Grab em by the pussies!" You've said in a TV interview that women should be PUNISHED for having an abortion, but you were fine with paying for an abortion when your Mistress got pregnant...no hypocrisy there! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Even God gives all of us "Freedom of Choice" our decisions on Judgement Day between ourselves and our God. The rabid right wing evangelicals, Republicans and you need to stop trying to legislate your morals onto the rest of the nation...quite frankly the morals of all of you repulse the majority of Americans, and the hypocrisy you exhibit is astounding as you look down upon us from on high and say, "Do as I say, not as I do". We'll just leave the names of Dennis Hastert and Mark Foley here, and remind everyone that both Senator McCain and Newt Gingrich had no problems carrying on affairs while married and members of Congress.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Mother Earth is in crisis, Global Warming very real, yet you have put together a cabinet of Climate Deniers who are bent on sucking out of the earth every last ounce of Fossil related Energy regardless of the folly, regardless of the additional damage that will be done to the planet traveling down this path. Every citizen of America, every citizen of the world needs to take a pledge to become Earth Warriors, doing anything and everything within our power to oppose people like you who put profits above the only planet we have, who are willing to be contributors to Global Warming in your quest to become every richer even if it means the death of the only planet we have.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You will occupy the White House for a time...guessing far less than four years as most of us fully expect you to be impeached, but you will never be OUR PRESIDENT. In your cabinet choices, in your "Thank You Tour" you have shown you are anything but a Uniter, have shown your intent to rule with an iron fist. In your world, there is Donald Trump, and those fool hardy enough to follow him, and enemies. I stand tall, and am proud to stand with those that are against you, who will oppose your reign of terror with our last breath if necessary.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You won the White House tonight, but you did not and never will win the hearts and souls of decent Americans.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

Sometimes, to make things happen, you just have to THROW IT OUT THERE, and let Social Media take it viral, "We The People" as one connected community saying, "Let's DO THIS". So with this post, throwing my idea out there onto the World Wide Web hoping that individuals, groups and organizations all come together to breath a dream into reality on Inauguration Day.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>The Concept...Inauguration "Day of Mourning" Protest across all 50 United States as we take the attention off of Donald J. Trump and instead shine the spotlight on "We The People" who will be most affected by his administration.</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
1. Make a protest sign and dress ALL IN BLACK.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
2. Show up at one of the below SUGGESTED LOCATIONS, or become a leader and organize a group and location in your town or city. Proposed starting time is 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

Like many Americans, I was vested in this past <a href="http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/president-obama-hillary-clinton-treated-fairly-presidential-election/story?id=44245456">Presidential Election</a>, was looking forward to the progress we would make with a Democratic Senate, Hillary Clinton in the White House, and for the first time in 42 years, a <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/ruth-bader-ginsburg-donald-trump_us_577faa26e4b0c590f7e8e4d9">Supreme Court</a> where liberal progressive thinkers were in the majority on the bench. On November 8th I woke up early, had my morning coffee then walked up the street and around the corner to our local library to cast my vote...<a href="http://www.governing.com/topics/elections/gov-straight-ticket-voting-states.html">Straight Blue Ticket</a> from top to bottom, and then went for a walk on a beautiful sunny day with <a href="https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/eos-7d-body?cm_mmc=GA-_-EOS-_-151023Brand%20Paid%20Search-_-canon%207d&Ap=EOS%20Cameras&gclid=CjwKEAiA4dPCBRCM4dqhlv2R1R8SJABom9pHr2pYgMQBAonY8lt0MnTjd2JGhC5m4e5yPQDchcRUBRoCQTjw_wcB">my camera</a>, my step light, not a care on the horizon as I strolled along the Hudson River.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When dusk arrived, evening darkness settling in ordered in food and got myself settled on the sofa ready to watch the returns coming in, a bottle of Champagne in the refrigerator ready to be uncorked when the News made it official that for the first time ever Americans could say, "Congratulations Madam President". The bottle of champagne still takes up space in my frig, the cork never popped, the celebration replaced by a deep sadness as the reality that <a href="http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2016/11/donald-trump-scandals/474726/">Donald J. Trump</a> had won the <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/16/politics/clinton-trump-electoral-college/index.html">Electoral College</a> votes necessary to be our next President tried to sink in.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Some six weeks later, the reality is far worse than any of us thought it could ever be, the man now President Elect far worse than the monster we had seen out on the Campaign Trail. Some have moved on, accepted what will be, returned to their daily lives, struggling to pay their bills realizing that for them not much has changed, or will change with the <a href="http://qz.com/862412/trumps-16-cabinet-level-picks-have-more-money-than-a-third-of-american-households-combined/">changing of the guard</a> in Washington, DC. Myself...I am having a hard time accepting the unacceptable, frustrated that our Government is far more concerned with a "<a href="http://www.vanityfair.com/news/2016/11/obama-promises-peaceful-transition-of-power-to-donald-trump">Peaceful Transition of Power</a>" than addressing what was not, is not a "<a href="https://www.usaid.gov/what-we-do/democracy-human-rights-and-governance/supporting-free-and-fair-elections">Free and Fair</a>" election, as even those in our own party seem to be complicit in the betrayal of us. Where is the backbone of our party, their will to fight and take a stand?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZSHD3hU-QRxU5dseyiHfa8ZITwyAirw9NGGLsZqFKPXkeMFEcniUogwFLmYM0ZYQSsriuTWzovFd_r0Ds1cmOARwESjKvfuYZsAIgpwcE_GfRYax6pRSOsc007QkE6ogsR1QiVfADWAhD/s1600/trump-mexicans-are-the-scourge-of-the-country-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZSHD3hU-QRxU5dseyiHfa8ZITwyAirw9NGGLsZqFKPXkeMFEcniUogwFLmYM0ZYQSsriuTWzovFd_r0Ds1cmOARwESjKvfuYZsAIgpwcE_GfRYax6pRSOsc007QkE6ogsR1QiVfADWAhD/s1600/trump-mexicans-are-the-scourge-of-the-country-2.jpg" /></a>Trump'ers screaming at us on Twitter, "Get over it, YOU LOST! Stop your whining and accept it, Trump is your President." <br />
<br />
No, he is not. Donald J, Trump is the antithesis of everything I am, everything that I have believed in for 60 years. As an <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/donald-trump-is-triggering-domestic-violence-survivors-with-textbook-abusive-behavior_us_57ed0bafe4b082aad9b959fa">abuse survivor</a>, the man pushes every one of my buttons, has brought back those silent screams and memories of things from so long ago that I thought were put away. I read his tweets, or see him on the news, and find myself being triggered almost 24 hours a day, sleep fitful and filled once again with nightmares of things I wish my eyes had never seen. <br />
<br />
My urge is to run away and hide, sell everything I own and just disappear...a knee jerk reaction honed in a childhood filled with abuse. Reality finds room in the maelstrom of my emotions and I realize running means the abuser wins...so I stay, hoping for a chance to take a stand, to fight for that which I know is right.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is Saturday morning at just after 3AM...I should be in bed sound asleep, but I feel like an inmate sitting on death row knowing that America as we knew it will be executed on Monday when the Electoral College casts its votes...I am hoping for a miracle, praying for Obama to step in and make it all right again, while knowing deep down in my heart that nothing can stop this train from hell from leaving the station, frightened at what is to come. <br />
<br />
The <a href="http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/309781-michigan-supreme-court-rejects-steins-recount-effort">recounts</a> we counted on to set the record straight were halted by courts controlled by Republicans. The CIA and FBI admitting that <a href="http://nypost.com/2016/12/16/fbi-supports-cias-conclusion-russia-interfered-with-election/">Russia interfered in the Election</a>, but claiming not enough so to throw the election to Trump. Hello, he lost the Popular Vote by almost 3 million voters, and won four crucial battle ground states by less than .00006 percent of the Popular Vote, but lets all pretend his margin of victory was enough that we can dismiss the deliberate interference of a Foreign Power in our elections. The hope of the Electoral College receiving a <a href="http://www.politicususa.com/2016/12/12/electoral-college-electors-demand-intelligence-briefing-russia-election-interference.html">briefing by the CIA</a> dashed, and <a href="http://www.salon.com/2016/12/10/donald-trump-isnt-yet-president-and-the-hamilton-electors-have-one-shot-to-make-sure-he-never-is/">Hamilton Voters</a> willing to vote their conscience shy by almost 20 dashes our hopes of a miracle come Monday...our fate is set, America as we knew about to die.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Old song lyrics racing through my mind, "Bye bye Miss American Pie, drove my Chevy to the levy but the levy was dry..." you know the song, or at least a large number of you do. Monday is the day the music will die, the day that a <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/2016/10/21/how-fascist-is-donald-trump-theres-actually-a-formula-for-that/?utm_term=.3d926f24d8f6">fascist President</a> begins his war on immigrants, Muslims, working people and America's elderly, and lets not forget a war on the only planet we have as <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/dec/15/trump-cabinet-climate-change-deniers">Climate Deniers</a> in his cabinet roll back rules intended to slow Global Warming in the name of Big Oil as Sarah Palin's Army once again begins to chant, "<a href="http://shalebubble.org/drill-baby-drill/">Drill Baby Drill</a>."</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My Lord, why has thou forsaken me?...I know, a rhetorical question since the Evangelicals have told us already that Trump's elevation to President is all a part of <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/maybe-a-trump-presidency-is-what-god-intended/2016/11/29/258aa496-b65d-11e6-b8df-600bd9d38a02_story.html?utm_term=.e468ae0dbc0c">God's grand plan</a>. Are you kidding me? The man was recorded saying "Grab them by the pussy!" and freely and openly stirs the passions of racist hatred at every appearance on the Campaign Trail and "Victory Tour"...can someone from the religious right explain this to me as I really just don't get it...the man is everything that Christians supposedly would find repugnant, and yet you supported him in numbers that are staggering. Did you hate Obama and Hillary so much that you felt the <a href="http://www.inquisitr.com/3736619/2017-predictions-nostradamus-prophecy-for-the-donald-trump-assassination-world-war-3-ww3-bible-antichrist-end-times-conspiracy-theory/">Anti-Christ</a> was a better choice?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
People are saying we <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/02/politics/barack-obama-black-voters-donald-trump/">let Barack Obama down</a>, and that is true. More importantly, we let America and everything it is supposed to represent down. Everyone who played a part in this tragic charade has blood on their hands, owns the role of Judas who sold his soul for 35 pieces of silver. For all of us, "I'm sorry America".</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I leave you with this old protest song that brought me solace in my early years as I tried to deal with the turmoil that was the 60's, a time when it seemed like we were on the brink of destruction, the America we knew a shadow about to vanish in the wind. A good cry clears the mind, lets us reconnect to our heart. Have a good cry and pray for America, it may be our only hope of a miracle in our hour of need.</div>

The <a href="http://www.attn.com/stories/12405/two-tweets-show-double-standard-standing-rock-debate">Army Corp</a> admitted that there was a serious danger to the potable water supplies of a community when the pipeline's original routing took it through a predominantly WHITE community up by the state capital. Reroute the pipeline away from this White community to a more rural area populated by POC, and suddenly the Army Corp and the companies involved in building the Pipeline want you to believe that moving the pipeline to a different area suddenly makes it SAFE...who are we kidding here? If the pipeline presents a potential risk to human health in what area, it presents a risk to human health in ALL AREAS.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For months, the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/1749814981940531/">Water Protectors</a> and those who support them have fought a brave fight against over whelming odds, and won a major battle in the fight to stop the pipeline. Now it seems that Kismet is stepping in and giving these brave patriots yet another helping hand in their fight...absolute concrete proof that the pipeline IS NOT SAFE, does threaten the potable water supplies in their community if this project is allowed to move forward.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: yellow;">Kelcy Warren of <span style="font-family: "source sans pro"; font-size: 17.6px;">Texas-based Energy Transfer Partners said in a interview on November 16th:</span></span></div>
<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: "source sans pro"; font-size: 17.6px;">
<i><span style="background-color: black; color: yellow;">Also, on each side of the lake, there’s automated valves that, if in the very, very unlikely situation there were to be a leak, our control room shuts down the pipe, encapsulates that small section that could be in peril.<span style="background-color: transparent;"> </span></span></i></blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: "source sans pro"; font-size: 17.6px;">
<i><span style="background-color: black; color: yellow;">So, that’s that’s just not going to happen. <b>Number one, we’re not going to have a leak. </b></span></i></blockquote>

<span style="background-color: black; color: cyan;">OK...lets fast forward to THIS WEEK! <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/13/us/pipeline-spill-north-dakota/">From CNN</a>:</span></div>

<i><span style="background-color: black; color: cyan;"><span style="font-size: 1.2rem;">State officials estimate 4,200 barrels of crude oil, or 176,000 gallons, have leaked from the Belle Fourche Pipeline in Billings County.</span><span style="background-color: transparent;"> </span></span></i></div>

<span style="color: cyan; font-size: 1.2rem;"><i style="background-color: black;">Of that amount, 130,000 gallons of oil has flowed into Ash Coulee Creek, while the rest leaked onto a hillside, said Bill Suess, spill investigation program manager at the North Dakota Department of Health.</i></span></div>
</blockquote>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It would be nice if the Federal Agency who approves these kinds of projects (<a href="https://www.ferc.gov/CalendarFiles/20141224114029-OR14-42-000.pdf">FERC</a>) were actually honest with the stakeholder communities...they are not. Much like other agencies such as the <a href="https://books.google.com/books?id=Cv_M3CGLLUEC&pg=PA58&lpg=PA58&dq=Federal+Agencies,+No+Immediate+Danger&source=bl&ots=PXgyBsilyg&sig=mAR-O5gshTKzqJ96qNidAsuc7ZU&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjyuITFwfTQAhXDRSYKHUmaBfAQ6AEIRzAJ#v=onepage&q=Federal%20Agencies%2C%20No%20Immediate%20Danger&f=false">NRC</a>, they state at Public Meetings and Hearings a basic lie..."There is no immediate danger associated with this project." Immediate danger means in the RIGHT NOW, verse something that will more than likely occur a year, five years or ten down the line, such as the leak that has spilled into a creek contaminating both land and water. They further compromise their integrity in the permitting process by putting forth a Cost Benefit Analysis that ALWAYS SIDES WITH THEIR PERMITTEE'S, the permittee's are supposed to be protecting you the stakeholders from.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have no doubt that <a href="http://www.snopes.com/energy-ceo-disparages-dirty-natives/">Kelcy Warren</a> (CEO) will claim the leak to be minor, and rare. He then will go on to claim that there will be no long term harm to the environment or human health as a result of the leak. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Before he continues on with his diatribe, let's interrupt with a few inconvenient facts. The size of the spill was greatly lessened because a property owner discovered the spill and notified the proper authorities...that's right, a property owner. Had this accidental discovery on the part of a property owner not occurred, this spill would have quickly become one of the worst spills in the United States of America. Some would accuse me of overstating the MAGNITUDE of the potential spill, but am I? What the company would prefer you not know, why I make this claim...the sensor(s) that are supposed to inform the company they have a leak FAILED, did NOT WORK. The company had zero clue the pipeline was leaking.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This fact immediately tells us that the companies involved in this and other pipeline projects have a woefully inadequate MAINTENANCE PROGRAM on these pipelines. A <a href="http://www.energy.ca.gov/2014publications/CEC-500-2014-104/CEC-500-2014-104.pdf">sensor</a> can be replaced at a sensor cost of UNDER $18...obviously, the fact that the sensor was not replaced in a timely fashion shows a serious failure on the part of FERC and the Oil Industry to put in place a safety and maintenance program that will effectively mitigate the extent of damage when their pipes leak, and leak they will. Perhaps if the Oil Industry placed public safety first, they would not commission studies that look for ways to make the cheapest sensors, but instead look for ways to make the BEST SENSORS that money could buy.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As relates to the DAPL project...it is my hope that the Water Protectors demand a full and complete study of failed sensors as a part of the new EIS that the Army Corp is promising. It is also hoped that they file a formal complaint with FERC against the entire industry that demands a full and complete investigation into failing sensors, and the industry's inadequate Maintenance programs for pipelines nationwide.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The big news story this weekend that is not capturing near as much news coverage as it should, is the <a href="http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/12/10/505072304/cia-concludes-russian-interference-aimed-to-elect-trump">CIA admitting that Russia interfered in our Presidential Election with the intention of seeing Donald J Trump elected as our 45th President of the United States of America.</a> This news is even more than disturbing when you look at the incredibly close margins of victory for Mr. Trump in 4-5 states where he just barely won, and the overwhelming <a href="http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/clinton-lead-popular-vote-2016-231790">Popular Vote Victory</a> that Hillary Clinton won by almost 3 Million votes...total margin of victory in the 4 Battleground States that gave Trump his <a href="http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/democrats-electoral-college-faithless-trump-231731">Electoral College</a> win is less than 80,000 votes...perhaps less if Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida and Pennsylvania would allow a "Free and Fair" hand <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2016/12/02/us/trump-recounts-wisconsin-michigan-pennsylvania.html">recount</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There are charges of <a href="http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-12-10/cia-moves-invalidate-us-presidential-elections-blaming-russian-hacking">Treason</a> racing across Twitter, and we must give a serious ear to these allegations by the voters. Senator Mitch McConnell knew about Russia's involvement in the race almost two months before election day, but SAT ON THE INFORMATION, as did Speaker Paul Ryan, and Donald J. Trump and his staff. That is <a href="http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/12/10/1609414/-the-End-of-the-Republic-12-10-2016-Some-call-it-Treason-Russia-got-GOP-help-to-hijack-the-election">TREASON</a>. The director of the FBI knew about the Russian involvements, but kept them secret, while having no problems eleven days before the vote trotting out a FAKE NEWS story meant to be the final nail in Hillary Clinton's campaign to win the White House...a clear violation of the Hatch Act, but perhaps Treason as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For some, they are clinging to the fairy tale that the Electoral College will realize that Donald J Trump is a demagogue, perhaps a traitor to the United States, and vote in a way (<a href="http://www.weeklystandard.com/what-would-hamilton-do/article/2001508">Hamilton Voters</a>) that A) keeps Trump out of the White House, or perhaps throws their vote to Hillary Clinton. Think this is a highly unlikely scenario, odds about the same as any one individual winning Super Lotto's big prize. Getting 38 Republicans <a href="http://www.fairvote.org/faithless_electors">Electoral College voters to reverse direction</a> is a very tall order, and one probably doomed from the very start as Electoral College Voters are very faithful party first Republicans and Democrats who are very firm in their loyalty to party, even if the best thing for the United States is placing country first over party loyalty.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFnencqA41sKLYa8GPLMPcPtAOT-Uy7z6yNnilNcrs0rTclwWEpamEntPoanPDyvR1fmIj4ntKlGWCeHeI7x5DvYszbhcK4XZlMXogkuuRr3_NaJ_NiZt6SYq1Im50pPd6K039H71kajlL/s1600/CzVWtakUQAAAGUE.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFnencqA41sKLYa8GPLMPcPtAOT-Uy7z6yNnilNcrs0rTclwWEpamEntPoanPDyvR1fmIj4ntKlGWCeHeI7x5DvYszbhcK4XZlMXogkuuRr3_NaJ_NiZt6SYq1Im50pPd6K039H71kajlL/s320/CzVWtakUQAAAGUE.jpg" width="313" /></a>If it would catch fire, think there is a much better chance with a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_to_petition">Petition of Redress</a> (a First Amendment Right) presented to Barack Obama, the House of Representatives, and the United States Senate. Such a petition requires a minimum of 100,000 voter signatures, but to have a chance, would think such a Petition would need Millions of Signatures to receive any serious consideration. Furthermore, for such a petition to have a chance, it is imperative that "We the People" be allowed to see the evidence that has been collected by the FBI, CIA and other investigative bodies of the Federal Government that would lay out the proof of Putin/Russian interference in our election, as well as the extent of that interference.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
An election won with the help of a Nation State in Russia, stolen for Donald J Trump with the help of one Vladimir Putin cannot be allowed to stand. At best President Elect Donald J. Trump is a wannabe despot who will make America a Banana Republic during his four year tenure. At worse, he will declare Marshall Law and bring down the best Democracy the world has ever seen. We must not be silent, we must become the Active Resistance.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHZ3HHYzz2lzXZNaCOMllUDCJFkgR-7YCD9Y9HI_1nklzEAorDgII-i7HQ0a4_-OEfe7mvC7uBqhUHY8PGh10_uzi_GBBUPB_FxbwDEW1AD1o1x1Eqxftz4qGP0DS3hUxzJhilAQm3BAGH/s1600/IMG_0021.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHZ3HHYzz2lzXZNaCOMllUDCJFkgR-7YCD9Y9HI_1nklzEAorDgII-i7HQ0a4_-OEfe7mvC7uBqhUHY8PGh10_uzi_GBBUPB_FxbwDEW1AD1o1x1Eqxftz4qGP0DS3hUxzJhilAQm3BAGH/s320/IMG_0021.JPG" width="213" /></a>A huge percentage of American Voters never in a million years imagined that Donald J. Trump could win the Presidential Election...sadly we were wrong. Voter apathy (46 percent of eligible voters did not bother to show up), Russian hacking, Wikileaks, the FBI all playing a part in his surprising upset of Hillary Rodham Clinton. News shows, pundits and historians alike are all debating and discussing the reasons behind his big win, but the biggest reason he seems to have won is White Voters...more specifically White Male Voters. Trump spoke to them directly, Hillary Clinton did not. Sure some will disagree with this.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am a liberal, supported Hillary Clinton throughout both the primary and general election, and am saddened at her loss moire than I care to admit. I support, for the most part, the liberal movement and all that implies, but I am not in complete lockstep with the liberal movement, nor the Democratic Party on all issues, and do not think we should or have to be. As a White Voter, a White Male Voter I have felt marginalized for to long. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I was reviewing some of my old writings from 2015, and found an article I wrote concerning the lack of attention given to White Voters that I am going to share here...in some ways feel as if it addresses the problem of ignoring our vote, in taking it for granted. Sharing the article because I do think we would have Hillary Clinton putting her cabinet together if she and the Democratic Party had actually taken some time to actually talk to and listen to the concerns of Hurting White Voters (not angry White Voters) during the Presidential Campaign.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Looking Back...Article Written in November of 2015</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Compared to most, I am a bit of a news junkie, falling asleep, waking up to <a href="http://www.cnn.com/">CNN</a> each and every day, my television spending the better part of every 24 hour day on one news channel or another, my brain absorbing news as I go about my day. The big news item from now until November of 2016 is the circus we call the "<a href="http://www.cnn.com/specials/politics/2016-election">Presidential Election</a>". <br />
<br />
From politicians to pundits, everyone of them seems interested in pandering to this special interest group or the other, is worried that they are not wooing enough <a href="http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/presidential-campaign/252617-is-trump-proving-that-the-latino-voting-block-is-a">Latinos (and Illegal Immigrants)</a>, Black POC (<a href="http://time.com/3969053/blacklivesmatter-black-lives-matter-bernie-sanders/">Black Lives Matter</a>), or some other ethnic group that could STEER THE ELECTION their way. This kowtowing to special interest groups is all well, fine and dandy, but not when it comes at the expense of the largest (<a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/26/opinion/sunday/frank-bruni-the-millions-of-marginalized-americans.html?_r=0">and most marginalized</a>) voting block in America, "The White Voter".</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Here's a clue...a full 72 percent of those who bothered to vote in the 2012 Presidential Election were lower/middle class white voters. Yet, we have been marginalized by both sides of the aisle, neither Republicans or Democrats giving us the time of day, spending no time out on the campaign trail addressing our needs, and our concerns. What makes us chopped liver, what gives these two political parties the right to simply IGNORE US, and more importantly, what do we need to do to have our issues placed on the table for discussion and redress?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Attention WHITE TOAST VOTERS...let's first and foremost stop showing so much <a href="http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/clinton-calls-party-unity-biden-challenge-looms-n417891">PARTY UNITY</a>...we are split down the middle on a small handful of issues, almost always vote along party lines and this allows politicians to ignore us, instead spending all their time courting various and assorted pockets of minority voters of various and assorted interest groups and nationalities, seeing them as the groups that will give them their margin of victory. <br />
<br />
There is something wrong with the system when politicians spend so much political capital talking too and about illegal immigrants (criminals according to the law) in the hopes of winning a larger percentage of the <a href="http://www.pewresearch.org/topics/hispaniclatino-vote/">Hispanic vote</a>, and no time addressing the concerns of 72 percent of the voting electorate. Latino's in the 2012 election represented ten percent of those voting in the election, while white voters represented 72 percent of those who voted in the election...yet, WHERE IS OUR VOICE? "Black Lives Matter", but guess what, so do white lives, and where is Hillary Rodham Clinton when it comes to speaking to and specifically addressing the concerns of this very large white voting block? Women are talked to of all colors, same with the LGBT, Black and Muslim communities, but rarely if ever does she speak to white men directly about their hurts and pains.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As White Voters we can only blame ourselves, have marginalized our voting block by being party faithfuls split down the middle, half of us siding with Republicans, the other half siding with Democrats while both parties take our votes for granted. Let's put our rubber-stamp votes away, become a block of issues-centric voters united across party lines for candidates that represent and address our needs and our concerns. I am all for equal rights, support some form of Immigration Reform, pro Marriage Equality, support Black Lives Matter, gun ho for Gay Rights, Women's Rights, but am also really tired of feeling marginalized, even demonized as a White Male Voter. When and where do we get spoken to about our concerns?<br />
<br />
Lets become confrontational, lets demand that our voices be heard for a change...the sometimes militant actions of the "Black Lives Matter" movement have gotten them two private meetings with Hillary Clinton, and a promise from her that their concerns will be a part of her concerns as she maps out her plan for a "Greater America" and kudos for them. Illegal Immigrants and their supporters have both sides of the aisle sitting on their hands refusing to enforce our current laws out of fear that they might lose some of their share of that ten percent of the voting pie....HELLO....we marginalized white voters represent 72 percent of the ENTIRE VOTING PIE...how about asking us what we want, and plugging our issues into your plan for the future? Of that 72 percent, half of them (women) are being included by one candidate, but what about that other half, the 35-36 percent of voters who are White Men...other than Donald Trump, no one is speaking to us, and I could never vote for that man.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As long as we "White Voters" continue our history of voting along party lines, we will be marginalized, not just during the elections, but in our day to day lives. <br />
<br />
Affirmative Action...lets change that program around a bit. Perhaps instead of Affirmative Action being a program that gives a hand up to people based on their ethnicity or sexual orientation, it should be a program that lends people a helping hand up the ladder based on their economic needs. Does not a poor white child face the same obstacles to a better life as a poor Black or Hispanic child does? Shouldn't they get those same advantages being doled out to people of color or a particular sexual orientation instead of being denied based upon the color of their skin? Like it or not, reverse discrimination does exist.<br />
<br />
Amnesty for those who are in America illegally...FORGET ABOUT IT unless we address as part of immigration reform helping those who have been hurt my illegal immigration. Like it or not, every illegal immigrant is a criminal, has broken our laws as they exist at this moment in time. Furthermore, every illegal immigrant in our work force has contributed to lowering of the wage base of the American Worker, has taken a job away from an American. BASIC FACT....a company has to get the work done, and if there is not an illegal immigrant standing at the door offering to work on the cheap, the employer will raise wages to a level that provides him with the legal employees he/she needs to get the work done and keep the doors of their business open. Immigration Reform MUST START WITH ENFORCEMENT, not AMNESTY! <br />
<br />
Urban Renewal...how about some RURAL RENEWAL! What, too many white folks living in Rural America? Poor people (a lot of them White) live in Rural America, in the Midwestern rust belt are doing just as badly as the poor in Urban America's large population centers, but too often are forgotten about. Let's life up and provide a living wage to ALL AMERICANS, lets life everyone up the ladder to economic stability and security.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It may offend some in the "Black Lives Matter" movement, but all lives matter, and that does include the 72 percent of voters who are white. Curious, and be honest...how many in the "Black Lives Matter" movement have gotten upset at politicians who have stated all lives matter, and how many of you would be livid if there were suddenly a large social/political movement on the national stage who's stated name and purpose was "White Lives Matter". Isn't that more than a bit hypocritical? Why does everything have to be so divided along color lines, when people suffering, hurting all deserve a hand up? Black Lives do matter, and the group has focused attention on a VERY REAL MATTER, and deserve credit for that, and I applaud and support their movement...but I also wish to damn hell that we Whites and Blacks who are struggling, having a hard time holding onto the bottom rung of the economic ladder could figure out a way to get on the same team, and on the same game page. Can't we find a way to work together, to put pressure on the Uber Rich who are oppressing ALL OF US?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In the CNN debate tonight, I would like to see politicians answer one question:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="text-align: justify;">
<i>"The costs of taking care of illegal immigrants and their anchor babies (ugly term) runs into the tens of billions of dollars each and every year. If elected president, would you be willing to sign an immigrants and their offspring if it meant you could forgive the college loans of every single Legal American Citizen?" </i><span style="text-align: left;"> </span></blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="text-align: justify;">
<i>I believe we need Immigration reform, but lets work from a position of TRUTH ON THE MATTER. Illegal Immigrants did broke the law, and some Americans were hurt as a result of their actions in working illegally in American. Let's provide a pathway to citizenship, but do it in a way where those hurt by Illegal Immigration are made whole in the process. Anything short of a solution that makes those hurt whole, while also providing a pathway is, in my mind an unacceptable untenable solution that must be opposed.</i></blockquote>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Think about it Republicans and Democrats...do you want to be doling out goodies to illegal immigrants and their children that are paid for with citizen tax dollars, or instead would you like to see the Federal Government forgive every single college loan on the books? What positive changes would occur in voters and voters family's lives if they were suddenly free of that college debt?<br />
<br />
As a voter of any color, regardless of your party affiliation, would you be willing to vote for a candidate that was willing to implement this one singular action on the first day of their presidency through an executive order if it could be done, if it freed you and your children up from tens of thousands in college loans? Not meaning here to pick on those who came here illegally, they are doing what they can to take care of their own families...in fact, I blame government, and big business....if law enforcement were coming down hard on the employers, this issue would not even be on the radar, and the Immigration Reform issues would have been solved long ago. In the name of CHEAP WAGES, law enforcement has given employers a FREE PASS when it comes to hiring Illegal Immigrants.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is a call to action....stop allowing politicians to marginalize the largest voting block in America! Become a issue focused white voter today and abandon your single party loyalties. Maybe if we do that, it will be a step to seeing voters Unite along economic lines, instead of dividing along ethnic, religious, sex/sexual orientation lines, and in that we then can turn our attention to the politicians and demand accountability, and laws that make America work for ALL CITIZENS, instead of just the few in the top ten percent, the UBER RICH who are oppressing us all.</div>

<b>Greetings America:</b><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am just one lone activist and Hillary Supporter living here in Rockland County NY. Myself and others on <a href="https://twitter.com/BeChangeToday">Twitter</a> have been discussing in Direct Messages a need to organize a MAJOR 50 State Protest on Inauguration Day...the theme..."<b>National Day of Mourning</b>" where all protesters would be encouraged to arrive at protest sites dressed in black as we Mourn on the day that <a href="https://www.change.org/p/the-people-impeach-donald-j-trump">Donald J Trump</a> officially becomes President of the United States.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We know this can be done...there is a 50 State Protest being organized for this Saturday December 10 and a <a href="http://nytlive.nytimes.com/womenintheworld/2016/11/11/million-women-march-being-planned-for-january-21-2017-in-d-c/">Million Woman March</a> is being planned in Washington DC the day after the <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/11328/report-isis-plans-bloody-friday-trumps-james-barrett">Inauguration</a>. So the will and the organizers are out there...we just need them to step in and help a small handful of <a href="http://www.democraticcoalition.org/about">Activists</a> from Twitter in making it happen. We need to take the focus off of Donald Trump on January 20th, and put the media attention on protesters who are mourning in all 50 states!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you are someone, or know someone who can get this project off the ground, and help it gain National attention and momentum, please DM <a class="DashboardProfileCard-screennameLink u-linkComplex u-linkClean" href="https://twitter.com/BeChangeToday" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: #4a913c; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; outline: 0px; padding-right: 5px; text-decoration: none !important;"><span style="background: rgb(255 , 255 , 255); color: #4a913c; font-family: "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 12px; outline: 0px; padding-right: 5px; text-decoration: none;"><span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-size: 12px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; padding-right: 5px;">@</span></span><span class="u-linkComplex-target" style="background: rgb(255 , 255 , 255); color: #4a913c; font-family: "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 12px; outline: 0px; padding-right: 5px; text-decoration: underline;">BeChangeToday</span></a> over on Twitter, or leave information in the comments section of this blog article.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Army Corp has spoken, and for now the Dakota Access Pipeline has been stopped, but it has not been killed! Today, environmental activists, the Indian Nation, and Water Protectors have won a huge battle, and should bask in that win. However, we must all be vigilant, and it is hoped that the protesters will continue their protests until the Army Corp has actually chosen a different route for this troublesome project.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Supposedly, there will be a full EIS (Environmental Impact Study) which could take months, even years. Problem is, Donald J Trump will probably have something to say or do about this decision on his first day in office. If everyone has already gone home, and this decision by the Army Corp gets quickly reversed, all of those who have sacrificed, who made this win possible will have won the battle, but in the end will lose the war.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For those here in NY, we celebrate with the Water Protectors tonight, but tomorrow we have to double our efforts on stopping the Spectra Pipeline that is being buried in the Hudson River less than 200 feet from the dangerous, dilapidated, failing Indian Point Nuclear Reactors which are owned by a company known for being less than honest in their dealings with the public...Entergy should have all of its Nuclear Reactors Shut down and decommissioned!</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Last night, Saturday Night Live gave us a hysterically funny, and spot on humorous rendition of <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=saturday+night+live+trump&ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Esearch">Donald Trump</a> extremely disturbing Twitter addiction. Instead of laughing with the rest of the nation, <a href="https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump">Trump ran to Twitter</a> and hurled vexatious venom at the show, and specifically Alex Baldwin who does a spot on impersonation of "The Donald". First thought...how can we as a nation put a man in the White House who's skin is so thin that he starts fights with a Late Night Comedy Show? Can we say "<a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=Pick%20your%20Battles&src=typd">pick your battles</a>" Mr. Trump, followed closely by "<a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/11/10/not-my-president-thousand-protest-trump-in-rallies-across-the-u-s/?utm_term=.91dbabc56908">he's not my president</a>, and never will be my president." Never will the words President Trump cross my lips, even if he does water boarding or some other unlawful extreme means of torture.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As if this was not bad enough, the man went on Twitter this morning <a href="http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-12-04/tweetstorm-trump-threatens-retribution-companies-leave-us">threatening every manufacturing firm in America</a> with a 35 percent tariff if they relocate a plant outside the borders of the United States of America. Not even President yet, and throwing down the gauntlet, threatening what amounts to a Trade War with the rest of the world seems more than risky...will be interesting to see how the stock market reacts to this on Monday morning. If I were a manufacturer contemplating building a plant in America, would seriously reconsider such an investment under such a hostile environment. More importantly, if Trump starts a <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-11-15/how-trump-s-china-trade-war-could-play-out-quicktake-q-a">trade war</a> by imposing exorbitant tariffs on imported goods, what is China (who holds in excess of a trillion dollars of our debt) going to do in the way of retaliation?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Media says we have never seen a President like this before, and that is putting it mildly. From the moment he won the <a href="http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/308680-conway-trump-has-mandate-to-lead-because-he-won-electoral-college">Electoral College</a>, Donald Trump has done nothing but alienate those he is supposed to represent, while upsetting the diplomatic process in the name of making himself ever richer, using the <a href="http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/11/22/1603120/-Trump-signals-he-ll-use-White-House-for-business-gains-A-president-can-t-have-a-conflict">White House as his new Corporate Marketing Department</a>. You could not create a more offensive list of cabinet members than Trump has put forward each person on the list worse in one way or another than the one before. Anti-Choice, Anti Marriage Equality, <a href="http://www.dailydot.com/irl/trump-cabinet-lgbt/">Anti LGBT</a>, bigots, racists, and <a href="http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2016/11/president-trump-global-climate-change-denial-environment/">Climate Deniers</a>...pick your poison, most of his picks have as a part of who they are one or more of these self identifiers. Instead of attempts at unifying Americans, Trump is telling us in his picks that you are either on his team, or you are the enemy. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Lest any one still doubts it, <a href="http://www.rawstory.com/2016/10/expert-on-nazism-explains-the-shocking-similarities-between-trump-and-hitlers-propaganda-tactics/">Donald J Trump more and more appears to be a modern day reincarnation of Adolf Hitler</a> in the flesh, poised short of a miracle of becoming the 45th President of the United States, and if you listen closely, you can hear his national call to arms as he prepares us for a war that we don't want, but will be forced to fight. This is not the sour grapes of a <a href="http://www.ibtimes.com/can-hillary-clinton-become-president-petition-electoral-college-largest-changeorg-2453716">Hillary Supporter</a>, but rather an accurate look into a future that suddenly appears very bleak for our nation, and for the millions of working poor who call America home.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Is there any doubt that Donald Trump, Paul Ryan and the Republican Party are planning to wage a war of sorts on the poor, the unfortunate, and the elderly? They want to eliminate <a href="http://fortune.com/2016/11/22/obamacare-repeal-risks-gop-donald-trump/">Obama Care</a>, take away health care for 22 Million citizens. They want to eliminate and/or<a href="http://www.newsmax.com/Finance/StreetTalk/donald-trump-social-security-medicare-GOP/2016/11/17/id/759500/"> privatize the Medicaid Medicare system</a>...never mind the fact that 79 Million Baby Boomers have paid into this system their entire working careers, counting on having a modicum of health coverage in their old age. The same is planned for Social Security...again, something that <a href="http://www.salon.com/2016/11/10/boomers-in-revolt-was-trumps-shocking-win-an-act-of-generational-warfare/">79 Million Baby Boomers</a> have paid into the system their entire working career, their payments into the system matched by their employer. Tax cuts are going mostly to those already rich, and several million Americans in the Middle Class will actually see their taxes going up. These actions amount to a war on <a href="http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2016/11/things-are-about-to-get-much-worse-for-poor-americans/507143/">America's working poor</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On the International Stage, Donald Trump is setting the stage for war as well. A prime example of this was his <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/02/politics/donald-trump-taiwan/">phone call to Taiwan</a> which has upset a diplomatic agreement reached with China under President Ronald Reagan back in the early 80's. As if that were not enough, he upset <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/10/16/politics/donald-trump-india-pakistan-mediate/">India</a> by having a friendly chat with their sworn enemy...it should be noted here, that both of these calls were made to countries where Trump the corporation is pursuing and or building Luxury Hotel Projects. The list goes on...he spoke to the leader of Turkey, and then miraculously his Istanbul project sees all of its problems disappear, same in the <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/r-trump-invites-philippines-duterte-to-white-house-during-animated-phone-call-aide-2016-12">Philippines</a>. Diplomacy should not revolve around what is in the best interest of Trump Enterprises, but that is exactly what we are seeing since he became the President Elect. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is very scary times when people encourage their children to avoid serving in our Military...not because they are unpatriotic, but because the thought of Donald J Trump as '<a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/checkpoint/wp/2016/11/09/with-trump-as-commander-in-chief-america-is-in-uncharted-territory/?utm_term=.f01cac37f185">Commander in Chief</a>" scares the hell out of them. His stacking his cabinet with at least 4 or 5 Generals, his willingness to make a disgraced General Secretary of State, his wanting to place another General in the position of Secretary of Defense whose nickname is "<a href="http://www.counterpunch.org/2016/11/28/mad-dog-on-the-loose-the-blood-soaked-career-of-general-james-mattis/">Mad Dog</a>", and who is the anti-thesis of a civilian, could even be called a warmonger who had publicly stated killing is kind of fun. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
America's <a href="http://www.rawstory.com/2016/11/what-do-the-neo-nazis-and-white-supremacists-of-the-alt-right-movement-want/">Alt Right</a> has given this nation a monster who we thought was a ticking time bomb...instead, he is showing us each and every day that he is a Bomb Exploding right before our eyes, and in doing so, he threatens to destroy our country...he must be stopped using any and all legal means available to "We The People".</div>

We tried to warn people about the dangers of a Donald J Trump presidency. We tried to warn all those Bernie Sanders, Jill Stein and Johnson voters, everyone one of those intent on placing a protest vote that this WAS NOT the election for such follies! Democrats had a chance to control the Supreme Court for the next 25-40 years, but sadly these folks would not listen. Now we are stuck with a mad man, a maniacal moron and self absorbed narcissistic, bigot embracing maggot of a man as the 45th President of the United States of America!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now, after the horse is out of the barn and running wild, upsetting forty years of Diplomatic Protocols with a call where he spoke to the President of Taiwan (where he has major interests in expanding his business interests), some of those who voted for him are questioning their vote, regretting pulling the lever for a man who is not only under qualified for the job, but DANGEROUS as well, a man who could and perhaps will launch Nuclear Weapons against those who upset him, and poke fun of him on Twitter. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

If you are one of these folks who realize the error of your ways...albeit far to late in the game...you owe the WORLD and apology for what you have unleashed. This post is yours. I encourage each of you to confess your regrets by leaving a comment in this thread.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
So it is official...the <a href="http://www.alternet.org/election-2016/2016-recount-update-republicans-freaking-out-wisconsin-and-greens-file-hand-counts">recounts in certain states have begun</a>, and because we are being denied a hand recount of the votes, questions will linger even after Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania have finished the task. Which begs the question, WHAT ARE THEY HIDING...a question that takes on more urgency when states are downgrading the number of votes <a href="http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/308387-trump-lawyers-file-objection-to-michigan-recount">Donald J Trump</a> received even before the recounts begin. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Of course the various <a href="http://www.politicususa.com/2016/11/25/report-thousands-wisconsin-votes-trump-recount-begins.html">counties in Wisconsin that have changed their final vote tallies</a> are wanting to claim...INNOCENT HUMAN ERROR...we don't think so. It is believed by many in America that there has been deliberate manipulation of the vote to put Trump in the White House. Couple this with the FBI's Comey interference, Russia's hacking of our election, and the Russian aided leaks from Wikileaks, and we as a nation have to come to but one conclusion...THE<a href="http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/11/22/1603255/-Could-The-Presidential-Election-Have-Been-Stolen"> ELECTION WAS STOLEN </a>by the Republicans with help from Putin. That reality should not be allowed to stand, but in the name of a "Peaceful Transition of Power" is a reality that will stand, a reality that has threatened the very foundation stones of our American Democracy.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In Wisconsin, a Republican Judge is denying a paper recount...even more disturbing, why are 19 counties denying re-counters access to the paper ballots for voter verification purposes...we have a right to know the number of these ballots, and do they match up to the number of supposed votes submitted to the state....three counties already greatly downgraded the number of votes that were reported for Donald J. Trump.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Meanwhile, Trump is trying to stop the Michigan re-count in its tracks with a legal challenge filed by his legal team late yesterday afternoon. If he is confident in his win, why try to stop a re-count...could it be he knows he could lose this state when all votes are DOUBLE CHECKED?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Those of us who are wanting to verify that our Election Process is fair and that every vote counts (fat chance with Electoral College) are also running into a great deal of turbulence in Pennsylvania as well. Donald Trump lost the Popular Vote by over 2.5 MILLION votes, and around 70,000 votes in a handful of battleground states will put him in the White House..."We the People" deserve these recounts, deserve to know that he won those states...I will not use the word fairly, as outside agitators stole the 2016 elections with Russia leading the attack.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Yes, these recounts will probably not see Hillary Clinton seeing enough change in the votes to give her the White House, but if the margins in these states are much smaller, it could get the Electoral College voters in those states cause to consider just who they cast a vote for when the vote is taken later this month...Donald Trump is not qualified to be President,and there is more than ample evidence to show this was a RIGGED Presidential Election.</div>

Let the fear and loathing begin! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As if this were not enough, his various and assorted <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/us/politics/donald-trump-administration.html?_r=0">picks for his cabinet</a> and other important positions gets scarier by the day. Trump has drained the swamp and open the valve to the cesspool as his hand picked pieces of shit prepare to take over the task of running this already great country...the harm they are about to cause frightening in scope and vision. Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security, <a href="http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/11/09/will-trump-put-lgbtq-equality-in-peril.html">LGBT Rights</a> are all now officially on the chopping block, as well as all those pesky fair housing laws that protect against discrimination. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As if this is not enough, can we quit white washing (pun intended) Bigots, racists, Nazi's and other malcontents of the far far right by referring to them in the media as the Alt Right? These monsters of our American Society seem to have but one goal...returning America to the good old days of WHITE SUPREMACY and making any one who is non white, or non Christian second or even third class citizens.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If all this does not bring visions of Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich quickly to mind it should. Trump's rise to power, his use and <a href="http://highexistence.com/12-psychological-tactics-donald-trump-uses-to-manipulate-the-masses/">manipulation of Mass Media</a> are racing down a path the world has seen before, a path that brought us World War II and the Holocaust, and if he is left unchecked, we are on the verge of repeating the darkest period of Human History as Satan's Demon-spawn marches us into a World War that we will not win. When that war is over and finished, America as we knew it will be gone, and our position as the Super Power of the World will be over, our nation kicked into the dustbin of failed states.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>On a separate note.</b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A simple Google Search or two quickly gives you the addresses of almost every Donald J Trump holding/building in the world. If every citizen of America can access this information, so can every terrorist in the world who is looking for a target that would hurt America. <a href="http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/politics-government/election/article116521098.html">Donald J Trump becoming President of the United States of America has made everyone of his properties a target</a>, and all of those who are renting office space in those buildings, who own apartments, condos in those buildings are foolish if they do not accept this very basic harsh truth. As long as this horrid monster remains in the White House, none of his property are safe from becoming a target of those bent on doing harm to America.</div>

Less than 25 percent of eligible voters cast a vote in favor of the Orange Orangutan <a href="http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2016/11/donald-trump-conflicts-of-interests/508382/">Donald J. Trump</a>; the majority of America's citizens thinking this bigoted, racist misogynistic lunatic could never get elected to the highest office in the land, become the most powerful elected person in the World...yet through voter suppression, <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/11/07/analysis-comey-trump-clinton-fbi-president-election/93415018/">FBI</a> and Russian intervention in the electoral process to elect our next president this insidious and insipid pimple on a maggot's ass managed to lose the "Popular Vote" by well over 2 million votes, yet winning enough "<a href="http://www.latimes.com/nation/nationnow/la-na-pol-electoral-college-2016-story.html">Electoral College</a>" votes to be chosen (not by the people) as the 45th President of the United States. Now we the citizens are facing an unthinkable horror...living under the reign of a fascist dictator who is having a bromance with Russia's <a href="http://eng.putin.kremlin.ru/bio">Vladimir Putin</a>, the most dangerous leader the world has known since <a href="http://www.biography.com/people/adolf-hitler-9340144">Adolf Hitler</a>. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sadly, there is little chance of the Republican controlled House and Senate actually moving forward to <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment">IMPEACH</a> this self serving ego-maniacal, self serving, narcissistic mad man who as President Elect is already using the White House and his position to enrich himself,and his family. Which begged the question, what can "We the People" to to save ourselves and our nation from Donald J. Trump? Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing we can do...our forefathers considered giving us the power of the recall, but it never made it into the Constitution.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Which begs the question, has the time come that "We The People"use our power of redress found in the "First Amendment" to petition both houses of Congress for a Constitutional Amendment giving "We the People" the power of recalling all Federally Elected Officials we find unfit to hold office? We could do a two for one amendment, one that grants us the right to recall officials elected to federal public office, and doing away with the Electoral College that gives an unfair weighted advantage to the votes in under-populated states. How is it fair that say the votes of New York'ers carry far less weight in the Electoral College than the votes of people living in Wyoming or North Dakota?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A "Constitutional Amendment" will not rid us of the most ill-equipped President Elect America has ever seen, but it will give us an out if such a tragic specimen ever to claim the nomenclature of human-being should the voters of the future ever find themselves being duped by a similar set of villains that rigged this election (FBI, Russia, Wikileaks, Voter Fraud and Suppression, Stupidity and Greed of Mass Media).</div>

In what can only be classified as a sell out to BIG OIL, the Army Corp issued the following statement.<br />
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNL3x70A9fRsAmR6sS3Bf2WsUkI97UKUXFZdk_Qa1MI1dfb5NYlbq0fktiEeZjTEaWvZVdllSUT2Q-lChtzOlpvShO0dEcWPANZpSGUzBWiBwaXMWbK4DEhS91owhfyatddNKqC-_HtBOm/s1600/5838be3fc3618870798b4573.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="177" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNL3x70A9fRsAmR6sS3Bf2WsUkI97UKUXFZdk_Qa1MI1dfb5NYlbq0fktiEeZjTEaWvZVdllSUT2Q-lChtzOlpvShO0dEcWPANZpSGUzBWiBwaXMWbK4DEhS91owhfyatddNKqC-_HtBOm/s320/5838be3fc3618870798b4573.JPG" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><b>These PEACEFUL Protesters Are Not The Violent Ones</b></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="text-align: justify;">
<em style="background-color: black; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: "open sans"; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="color: white;">“This decision is necessary to protect the general public from the violent confrontation between protestors and law enforcement officials that have occurred in this area, and to prevent death, illness, or serious injury to inhabitants of encampments due to the harsh North Dakota winter conditions.”</span></em></blockquote>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First, leave no doubt...THE VIOLENCE was not caused by the protesters and "Water Protectors" but by the contractors, their private security, and local/state law enforcement. Secondly, find it very odd that Oil Field workers can live in campers,survive the harsh Dakota winters,but the Army Corp acts as of those protesting the DAPL are incapable of preparting their encampment for the coming winter season of cold and snow. Lastly, and most importantly, the Army Corp's decision conveniently would allow <span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"> </span><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_Transfer_Partners" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: none; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px;" title="Energy Transfer Partners">Energy Transfer Partners</a></span></span> who merged with Sunoco to avoid financial ruination to complete the pipeline just in time to fulfill their contractual obligations to start pumping product through the line in early January. Profits ahead of people...specifically, Profits ahead of Native Americans and their rights under Treaty! Give BIG OIL what it wants,and maybe we will talk about some damages after the project is up and running....PROBABLY NOT.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This people CANNOT GO UNCHALLENGED! We as a nation only have nine days to prepare, if necessary "A Last Stand" against the DAPL...Doing that means bodies! that means donations of money, food, and WINTER ACCOMMODATIONS...as in heaters, campers, firewood, and warm clothes. The time has come for "We The People" to rise up in large numbers, time for us to exercise our 1st Amendment Rights to stand up to this rape of a people, stand up to this rape of our environment.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

First, a special shout out to Dianne, and her fine staff at <a href="https://www.facebook.com/ODsofNyack/">OD's here in Nyack</a> for making our Thanksgiving Show one for the memory books. If you are looking for incredible, locally sourced, GMO and Glutin free organic dining, this is the place to be. Thank you Diane, staff, and our very own "<a href="https://www.facebook.com/Rockland-Forager-113645018671450/">Rockland Forager</a>" for putting out a Thanksgiving spread worthy of the Pilgrims whom we are celebrating. The show, and all the guests had a great time, and the sense of community share with all the guests is one that brought with it some memories I will carry on though out my life.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Black Friday...early reports are positive for retailers, which saddens this writer. There were efforts online (Twitter) to generate a "<a href="https://www.colorlines.com/articles/3-ways-you-can-boycott-black-friday">#BoycottBlackFriday</a>" movement, but alas that effort to make a statement about the unacceptability of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President fizzled out, unable to generate enough traction to get noticed. That said, I will be skipping the day, and also will not participate in the Internet equivalent held this upcoming Monday. Trump has divided America, he lost the Popular Vote, and I can never accept him as my President, so will be participating in any action to keep the negative focus on this vile excuse for a human being.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The <a href="http://www.kfyrtv.com/content/news/DAPL-protests-continue-on-Thanksgiving-day-402942356.html">DAPL protests</a> are continuing, even on Thanksgiving. Sadly, so does the push to complete the project before the end of the Calendar year. In even stranger news, Energy Transfer Partners has just announced a <a href="http://seekingalpha.com/article/4025787-sunoco-logistics-partners-energy-transfer-partners-merger-desperate-last-ditch-effort-keep">merger with Sunoco Logistics Partners</a>, another one of the vile partners in this Pipeline Project which is doomed to poison the drinking water in the area...it is noted here, that there is a Pipeline leak of significance every 30 hours here in America.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We here at "Voice of Reason" hope everyone had a beautiful Thanksgiving filled with great food and family. Remember to do something for those less fortunate than you on this special weekend.<br />
<br />
NOTE-Just announced that <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/obituaries/florence-henderson-who-starred-in-tvs-the-brady-bunch-dies-at-82/2016/11/25/ed2b4154-b31a-11e6-840f-e3ebab6bcdd3_story.html">Florence Henderson</a> of "Brady Bunch" fame has passed away of heart failure...she will be missed.</div>

OMG...just breaking on Twitter...President Barack Obama, you MUST STOP THIS! You cannot sit on the sidelines your last 60 days in office. America is turning its lonely eyes to you!<br />
<br />
ALL CITIZENS...The Water Protectors are asking every American to call the Morton County Police and file a formal complaint! Their number is 701 667 3318. Being attacked by water cannons at night in fridgid 25 degree temperatures is far beyond the pale...PLEASE MAKE A CALL!<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">Where'd our LOCAL PROGRAMMING on AM RADIO GO?</span></b><br />
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;"><b><span style="color: #3d85c6; font-size: x-small;"><br /></span></b>
</span><br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">If you listen to local AM Radio
station 1700AM you have noticed what is, at the very least, some very ODD
PROGRAMMING...especially when you look at all the reasons they stated in their
request to have the FCC to put out a much stronger signal. Here is what we here at the "Voice of
Reason" know so far:<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">1. All the programs the station had that had ANY
KIND OF AUDIENCE have been ripped off the air, and now are only available via
online streaming of these shows.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">2. The owners of the station have ODDLY and
EGREGIOUSLY taken a local AM Signal and decided to dedicate it over solely to
Indian Language programming from Radio India for the next 12 months...one has
to wonder if this in the best interest of OUR COMMUNITY, or were the owners
given a deal TO SWEET TO SAY NO TO by Radio Indie?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">3. We are not sure the FCC knows about this odd
change that runs contrary to the expansion of their license from this writers
perspective, but we will be filing an inquiry with several state and federal
agency on this matter.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">The station press release
says, “We look forward to serving our
current audience and future listeners with great local, general interest and
niche-specific programming.” Would love
to hear them explain how Indian Language programming and music from Radio Indie
is consider GREAT LOCAL programming...STAY TUNED!<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: #6fa8dc; font-size: small;">In the meantime, we are
investigating this, and look for this to be a topic on "Voice of
Reason" in the VERY NEAR FUTURE! AS
an aside...for those who do not know it, Rockland World Radio is starting its
fourteenth year of broadcasting, is the most experienced truly local Internet
Broadcast station in our area...something all of our Rockland County
advertisers should remember when planning their advertising budgets...go where
the listeners are, and go with the experienced local Radio Station to get
results.</span><o:p></o:p></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
We here at "Voice of Reason" have been giving extensive coverage to the Dakota Pipeline protests, humbled by the efforts of the Water Protectors and those who are supporting them as they stand up against the egregiously neglect corporate monsters who are putting profits ahead of environmental protections, and what is best for the communities being forced to play host to another dangerous pipeline. Too often, despite false assurances that these projects are safe, a horrendous accident is not a question of if, but a question of when.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The money changers who have funded this project want the pipeline up and operational by the beginning of the New Year...in an attempt to meet this goal, and to thwart the will of the people it seems that Kelcy Warren CEO of "<a href="http://www.energytransfer.com/">Energy Transfer Partners</a>" based out of Texas has decided to BULLY the opposition by going into Court, asking a Federal Judge to force the Army Corp of Engineers to approve the last permit needed to complete the project and make it operational. He is claiming the permitting delay is a direct result of the "Obama Administration and their political interference in the process, calling it "a flagrant disregard for the law.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Take action...give Energy Transfer Partners a piece of your mind by calling their corporate headquarters and leaving Kelcy Warren a message! Their number is (214) 981-0700</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You can also send them your thoughts via email: <a class="generic_link" href="mailto:Vicki.Granado@energytransfer.com" style="color: grey; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; text-decoration: none;">Vicki.Granado@energytransfer.com</a></div>

For those who can afford it, would also suggest sending them a chunk of coal as an early message from Santa Claus!</div>
